Brian is the General Manager at Fredericksburg Field House, bringing over 13 years of experience as a basketball tournament operator in the Hampton Roads area. With his extensive background in sports event management, Brian ensures seamless operations and high-quality experiences for athletes, coaches, and spectators alike.

In his previous role as Tournament Director at both the Virginia Beach Field House and the Virginia Beach Sports Center, Brian was responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale tournaments. His ability to manage complex logistics and maintain a high standard of service has contributed to the success of numerous events.

Before stepping into sports management, Brian spent nearly 20 years as a coach and public school employee, where he played a significant role in mentoring young athletes, fostering their skill development, and instilling values of sportsmanship. His experience in both coaching and education provides him with a unique perspective on youth sports programming and athlete development.
