He is skilled in facility management, risk assessments, budget development, strategic planning, staff development, and business development. 

Bryan oversees operations of ESM properties. His passionate leadership is rooted in creating a strong, cohesive corporate culture. 

Bryan’s athletic career has garnered him accolades including all-conference soccer player and a national track championship.
