John M. Wack serves as the President of Eastern Sports Management (ESM), where he leads the company’s business development and new project acquisition efforts. With a diverse background in management, sales, real estate development, start-ups, and finance, John brings a strategic, results-driven approach to expanding ESM’s footprint and driving growth.

Throughout his career, John has written and executed business plans for seven ground-up projects and three major expansions, successfully attracting financing, overseeing construction, and directing the operational management teams at each location. His expertise spans project planning, financial structuring, and operational execution, ensuring the successful launch and long-term sustainability of each venture.

John has played a pivotal role in the planning, development, or management of over $250 million in sports-related assets and has been instrumental in generating more than $125 million in sports programming and event revenue. His forward-thinking leadership and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities have positioned ESM as a premier player in the sports facility management industry.
