With over 25 years of experience, Julie specializes in comprehensive recreation, sport, leisure, and event programming, as well as aquatic facility and concessions operations and management. Her expertise also includes park improvement, design, and risk management analysis.

A longstanding member and active participant of the Pennsylvania Recreation and Parks Society (PRPS) and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) for more than 25 years, Julie consistently engages with these leading organizations, which set industry standards and provide best practice guidance for sport and recreation programs, park management, aquatic operations, events, and business development.

Julie holds the industry’s highest certification credential, the Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE), which requires ongoing professional development to remain current with industry trends and best practices across all sport and recreation platforms.
