KIYLA GLASPER | General Manager
Kiyla Glasper serves as the General Manager of the Memphis Sports and Events Center and the National Volleyball Director for Eastern Sports Management. She brings nearly a decade of experience in sport management, with a background spanning collegiate athletics, youth development, and large-scale event operations.
In her current role, Kiyla oversees day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and business development strategies. She has led growth through innovative programming, expansion of the volleyball community, and high-impact tournament execution. Her leadership style focuses on building a strong internal culture while delivering best-in-class experiences to clients, partners, and the broader community.
A former Division I volleyball player, Kiyla is also the founder of Tenacity VBC—a Memphis-based volleyball club centered on academic achievement, mentorship, and elite athlete development.
She was recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree and is a recipient of the AVCA Diversity Award, a national honor for her leadership in advancing equity in sport.
She holds a degree from the University of Memphis and is passionate about creating opportunity and impact through sport.
