Osman “Os” Bangura brings over 15 years of experience in property and residential management, overseeing more than 3,000 mid and high-rise units throughout his career. With a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service, he combines excellent interpersonal skills with extensive supervisory and management expertise. His ability to quickly adapt to new responsibilities, coupled with keen attention to detail, has made him a trusted leader in the industry.

In addition to his success in property management, Osman has been a driving force in elite youth and high school basketball for over two decades. He has played a key role in developing top high school and AAU programs in the DMV region, mentoring over 80 student-athletes who have earned collegiate scholarships. His dedication to player development, recruitment guidance, and family support has solidified his reputation as a respected leader in the basketball community. 

His experiences has helped cultivate the skills and leadership qualities that have shaped his accomplished career in both property management and athletics.
