Steve’s background includes over 20 years of facilitating high-profile event management and marketing efforts, as well as grassroots program development and outreach. Steve brings a decisive and results-oriented vision of the big picture to the facility within his role of advancing the business’s primary revenue generation through adult and youth leagues.

A New York native, Steve holds one graduate master’s degree from American Military University in Sports Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance.) 

Steve has coached multiple sports from youth through the collegiate level, and currently serves on the board of the Hampton Roads Lacrosse Officials Association.
