With over 20 years of leadership experience in the retail sector, Will brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to every endeavor. Beyond the corporate world, he has spent more than a decade deeply involved in the youth sports community in Southwest Oklahoma, making a lasting impact through various roles.

From leading elementary school booster clubs to coaching young athletes, Will has been dedicated to fostering youth development through sports. Prior to joining ESM, he served on the Lawton Soccer Club Board of Directors. In his role as Public Relations Director, he played a key role in organizing large-scale tournament events and contributed to the club’s growth, helping it become the 5th largest soccer club in Oklahoma.

Passionate about transforming Lawton into a premier sports destination, Will is committed to enhancing local athletic programs, creating more opportunities for young athletes, and positioning the community as a hub for competitive sports.
